The HYD200 drifter is composed of an impact assembly and an independent rotation assembly.

The impact assembly adopts an integral cylinder. The sliding valve is next to the back of the piston cavity in the cylinder and perpendicular to the center line of the cylinder. The sliding valve is close to the piston, which has the advantages of high sensitivity, compact structure, convenient maintenance and prevention of impacting vibration interference to the movement. The sliding valve has a hollow core, which has the advantages if small weight, correspondingly small thrust area, low fuel consumption, oil leakage reduction and high energy utilization.

There is a separate water system with two rings at the rear part. When water passes the two rings, there is still atomizing gas of 2bar blowing water out to avoid pollution to oil system.

The OMSS125 orbital motor with high torque, low speed and small volume is adopted in the rotation assembly to drive gearsto rotate shanks. The output shaft of the motor adopts gradual spline connection to ensure stable transmission, high precision and long life.

The rotation assembly is lubricated by oil mist. A drill rig has an air pump for lubrication to input atomized oil to lubricate the drive system of a drifter, cool down the impact surface of the piston and the shank, and lubricate the guide sleeve of the separate water system. The atomized oilis finally ejected from the front end to prevent impurities such as rock dust from entering the body.
The HYD200 drifter, suitable for drill bits with a diameter of 27~41mm, can be used for blast holes with a maximum diameter of 89mm.
