HYD200 Key Points of Application and Maintenance

Correct application, repair, and maintenance are key points to ensure the operation and technical advantagesof hydraulic drifters. Please pay attention to the following key points of the application, repair and maintenance of HYD200 hydraulic drifters.

    Before start-up, check whether the fastening bolts are loose or not to prevent machine from stopping or spare parts from wearing due to loose fastening bolts. Each shift should focus on two M24*2 hole bolts in the separate water system during inspection. Because the hydraulic drifter and the water system are separated, once the hole bolts are too loose, the piston of the hydraulic drifter will lose the front limit, which is easy to cause the piston to be offside and the piston and the cylinder ground.

(2) Check the oil level of the oil injector. If the lubricating oil mist is insufficient, the spare parts of the hydraulic drifter will be worn and damaged.

(3) The jets of the rotation assembly and the water supply system must be greased once before each shift. The jets must be cleaned before injection to prevent impurities such as stone powder from being introduced.

(4) Check the pressure of the high-pressure accumulator frequently. Insufficient pressure in the nitrogen chamber will result in low drilling efficiency. Then, nitrogen should be refilled as required. It is best to equip each drill rig with an accumulator assembly for quick replacement. When the accumulator is disassembled, the nitrogen must be completely discharged first, otherwise personnel will be injured.

    (5) When the high-pressureinlet hoses or other original parts of the hydraulic drifter are displaced, the inlet and return hoses should be connected, and the hydraulic circuit should connect with the hydraulic drifter after running for 3~5 minutes without load. Before disassembling, the joints (including joints disassembled when repairing the hydraulic drifter) should be cleaned to prevent accidents caused by impurities brought into the machine. After the oil hoses are removed, the joint should be blocked immediately with a special plug. Before the hydraulic is repaired, the exterior must be cleaned.
