   (11)When the accumulator is inspected, it should be first to discharge nitrogen, and second to remove the upper cover.Otherwise the accumulatorwill collapse and hurt people. Pay more attention to safety and open the main valve carefully when filling the accumulator with nitrogen. The opening pressure should not be higher than 7~8MPa. Then close the valve quickly to ensure safety.

     (12)When the atomizing device in the system fails (No oil injection or insufficientoil injection, low air pressure, etc.), the hydraulic drifter should not be forced to start, because cooling and lubrication do not work in this state. The parts can be damaged soon.

    (13)When the striking surface of the piston and the shank is piled (or peeled off) 2mm, the impact will change.It is meaningless to impact again, because the carburizing and quenchinglayer is finished, the piston and the shank will be scrappedvery fast. If the replacement is not on time, the consequences of invalid percussionwill occur. Falling pieces can also cause abnormal damage to other parts. As shown below:

    (15) If hydraulic drifters have not been used for a long time, the nitrogen in the accumulator should be discharged. It is necessary to open the inlet and return hoses of the impact and rotation motors, fill with hydraulic oil and seal for rust prevention.
